Sales Development Representative

A leading digital company in Djibouti is looking for its next high-potential Sales Development Representative. This is not a typical sales job. Your missionYou'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Through phone calls and WhatsApp conversations, you'll identify their needs, recommend the most appropriate advertising solutions and help turn opportunities into successful sales. Key responsibilities • Contact prospective customers by phone and WhatsApp. • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions. • Convert sales opportunities into customers. • Build long-term customer relationships. • Identify high-value business opportunities. • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. What we're looking for • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident speaking on the phone throughout the day. • Self-motivated, organised and target-driven. • Fast learner with a positive attitude. • Comfortable using a computer, smartphone and digital tools. • Fluent in French (English is a plus). • Sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
